Composition and shape
LM-8L glacier coolant is composed of modified organic acid salt. The main additives include corrosion inhibitors, mildew inhibitors, solubilizers, stabilizing agents, etc.
LM-8L glacier coolant is light-colored liquid and has the density of 1.359 ~ 1365g/cm³ at 20℃. The specific heat, viscosity, heat conductivity and boiling point of LM-8L glacier coolant are 0.582cal/g·℃, 3.2mPa·s (0℃), 0.45W/m·K and 110℃, respectively.
The freezing point of LM-8L glacier coolant is below -60℃. LM-8L glacier coolant has no flash point, and is non-flammable, non-volatile and low toxic.
Usage and application
LM-8L glacier coolant has the advantages of non-flammable, non-volatile, high specific heat, high safety, low toxicity, high thermal conductivity and excellent cooling capacity. LM-8L glacier coolant has transcendent anti-rust performance to aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and other metals. It can be used as industrial coolant in the temperature range of -50℃ ~ 100℃. Before use, the system needs to be cleaned, and then LM-8L glacier coolant can be used directly. It is forbidden to mix LM-8L glacier coolant with other coolants. After normal use, the pH value of the LM-8L glacier coolant should be tested every three months. If the pH value is lower than the specified value, please contact us for adjustment in time.
