Composition and function
LM-8A Glacier Coolant is a professional secondary refrigerant used in indirectly-cooled refrigeration systems. It transfers cooling capacity generated by the primary refrigerant to the substance being cooled, widely applied in industries such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, and cold storage. LM-8A type Glacier Coolant is composed of a modified organic salt solution. Key additives include corrosion inhibitors, mildew inhibitors, solubilizers, and stabilizers.
Usage and application
After adding LM-8A to the system, ensure continuous circulation—do not allow the system to remain static.
Metal parts in the system must be fully submerged in the LM-8A solution and must not be exposed to air.
Prevent water from entering the system during use. Monitor pH and specific gravity every three months.
Do not mix LM-8A with other substances. Contact the company immediately in case of special circumstances.
