LM-9B
Composition and function
LM-9B Glacier Coolant is a professional secondary refrigerant formulated from modified ether compounds, presented as a light-colored liquid. It is specifically designed for indirect cooling refrigeration systems, where it efficiently transfers cooling energy generated by the primary refrigerant to the target medium being cooled. This product is widely applied in industries such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, and cold storage. LM-9B features a high boiling point above 285°C, a low freezing point below -54°C, a flash point of 135°C, a viscosity of 6.6 cP, and a thermal conductivity of 0.133 W/m·K. It offers a broad operating temperature range from -25°C to 270°C and is water-free. Treated with the proprietary Modify2000 composite modification technology, it enhances heat capacity and thermal conductivity, reduces viscosity, minimizes evaporation, inhibits microbial growth and scaling, incorporates multiple anti-corrosion factors for extended equipment life, and provides excellent stability across a wide temperature range.
Usage and application
After confirming the system is leak-free, thoroughly clean it, ensure all moisture is drained, perform drying treatment, and promptly add the coolant solution to the system.
After cleaning and drying the system, confirm that there is no leakage, and add this solution to the system as soon as possible.Inject the Glacier Coolant into the system. Prevent moisture ingress during use.
Where conditions permit, it is recommended to install a sealing device.
Mixing Glacier Coolant with other substances is strictly prohibited. Contact our company immediately in case of special circumstances.
If process materials enter the secondary refrigerant system, contact our company without delay.
