LM-4ABL

Composition and shape

LM-4ABL Glacier Coolant is a professional-grade coolant designed for use in refrigeration systems operating in an indirect cooling mode. It efficiently transfers cooling capacity generated by the refrigerant to the substances being cooled. This product is widely used in various fields, including the chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, and cold storage facilities.

Key Advantages: Safety and Low Toxicity: Non-toxic, odor-free, non-flammable, and non-volatile. High Efficiency: Features high specific heat and strong cooling-carrying capacity. Corrosion Protection: Provides excellent corrosion protection for metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper. Stability: Maintains stable performance within a broad operating temperature range of -30°C to 100°C. Physical Properties (at 20°C): Density: 1.035–1.045 g/cm³ Specific Heat: 0.56 cal/g·°C Viscosity: 15.9 cP Thermal Conductivity: 0.21 W/m·K

Usage and application

System Preparation: Before adding the coolant, ensure the system is clean and free of any leaks.

Solution Preparation: Determine the required amounts of Glacier Coolant and water based on the system's operating temperature, referring to the "Concentration and Freezing Point Comparison Table". First, add the Glacier Coolant to the system, then introduce purified water or deionized water.

Operational Notes: Turn on the circulating pump during the filling process. After each water addition, allow the solution to circulate thoroughly before testing its concentration to prevent excessive dilution. Once the Glacier Coolant solution is prepared to the specified concentration, it is ready for use.
